Description
If you are looking for an opportunity to give back and make a major difference in a senior’s life consider becoming an OASIS volunteer.
Our volunteers enjoy deep and meaningful relationships with the older adults of the community. You will be directly involved in providing services that uplift, restore, and encourage a world where we come together to support society’s most vulnerable.
Volunteers will be trained and supported throughout their participation with the program. You establish your hours and visitation directly with your matched senior. We seek a minimum of a one hour weekly commitment.
Volunteers can provide the following services; friendly visits of 1-4 hours per week; transportation to appointments; information and referrals; light housekeeping; and help with errands.
